The Communty Art Project has been designed to give local people the opportunity to contribute to a piece of art
work for the new Community Centre Courtyard and to learn new skills.
The
project has involved over 400 local people in a number of workshops
over the past few months. This project is now comming to an end but we
are looking into the posibility of creating a permenent peice of art
work for the centre and look forward to working with local community
groups on this project.
Our
final event for the Art Project will be a trip to the Tate Modern in
London on Wednesday 13th June, the trip will also include a flight on
the London Eye and is open to any resident of North Wingfield. The
cost of this visit is £22 adult, £19.00 OAP, £16.00 child - the number
